BEYOND THE RUSH
Two Wolves, One Choice

Although Beyond the Rush may not immediately present itself as a traditional “faith-based” film, it embodies the most essential and powerful elements of faith: believing in something greater than ourselves, beyond what we can see, and drawing on that belief to find the strength, resilience, and courage to overcome life’s most difficult challenges—especially those rooted in pain and addiction. Faith, at its core, is what empowers us to move forward.

To truly make a difference in this world, we must be willing to step outside our comfort zones and confront what is difficult. Sometimes that means choosing a harder path, which then create bigger challenges that ultimately, and hopefully lead to growth and transformation. These choices require both courage and faith. Beyond the Rush offers an opportunity to demonstrate that faith-based storytelling can be bold, unconventional, and deeply human. This message has the potential to resonate profoundly, particularly with individuals in recovery or those searching for a way forward.

One of the film’s central themes is the power of choice. This is captured in a pivotal exchange between Edward Clayborn and Samuel:

EDWARD “There’s a battle that goes on inside people—a battle between two wolves. One is evil, one is good.”
SAMUEL, “Which wolf wins?”
EDWARD, “The one you feed, son… the one you feed.”

This simple but powerful idea reflects the heart of the film: our choices shape who we become. Beyond its message, Beyond the Rush offers an additional advantage rarely found in independent films—a compelling and marketable soundtrack. Blending established legends with emerging talent, the music not only enhances the emotional impact of the film but also creates a strong commercial opportunity. With the support of a global leader in music, this project can also serve as a platform to elevate independent artists.

This is more than a film—it’s a movement. Beyond the Rush is a human story that transcends race, creed, religion, gender, ethnicity, the country you were born in, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, and politics. It's potential to reach audiences worldwide and spark meaningful conversations about faith, choice, and transformation are beyond important. They are essential. Audiences everywhere should be given the chance to experience its message, and soon will.
